RSVIP Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to RSVIP. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules under which RSVIP ("the platform", "we", "us") provides online casino games, live casino tables, crash games and sports betting services to registered players ("you", "the player").

By creating an account on RSVIP, making a PKR deposit or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the RSVIP platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use RSVIP, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed RSVIP account.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or associate of RSVIP or any of its affiliated service providers.

RSVIP reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This may include asking for a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or confirmation of your payment method ownership. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be restricted or closed at RSVIP's discretion.

By registering, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted one account on RSVIP. You must not create additional accounts regardless of the reason. Operating duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RSVIP username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. RSVIP will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or failed to protect your login details.

Your account is personal to you and must not be sold, transferred or assigned to another person under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account is a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of the account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, including your email address and phone number linked to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account, remain accurate and up to date in your RSVIP profile.

4. Deposits

RSVIP accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees. RSVIP does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. RSVIP reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with notice.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your RSVIP balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing time.

You must only deposit using a payment method that belongs to you. Depositing using a payment method registered to another person is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

RSVIP does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside RSVIP's control.

• All deposited funds are held in your RSVIP account balance and are available immediately for wagering upon confirmation.
• RSVIP may request documentation to verify the source of funds for large deposits.
• Chargeback attempts or reversal of deposits after wagering has taken place will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your RSVIP account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This policy exists to maintain account security and prevent funds from being redirected to unverified payment accounts.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be verified. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of identity checks. RSVIP encourages all players to complete verification early to avoid delays when withdrawing.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within a few hours of approval.
• Raast: Processed within the same business day in most cases.
• Bank Transfer: May take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

RSVIP reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold temporarily. You will be notified if this applies to your request.

Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

Repeated withdrawal requests followed by re-deposit of the same funds without genuine gameplay may be treated as suspicious activity and investigated accordingly.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

RSVIP offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games and minimum deposit thresholds. These details are stated on each individual promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all RSVIP promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Bonuses expire if not used within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses are removed automatically with no replacement.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• RSVIP reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns or any form of exploitation – will have bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per player, per household and per device applies.

RSVIP may change the terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Any change will not retroactively affect bonuses that are already active in a player's account at the time of the change.

7. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on RSVIP – whether on casino games, live casino tables, crash games or sports events including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and Football – are subject to the specific rules of that game or market, in addition to these general Terms.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the RSVIP system, it cannot be changed or cancelled. RSVIP's system records are the definitive reference for all bet confirmations, outcomes and settlements.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection or system fault that interrupts a game or betting round, RSVIP will attempt to resolve the outcome fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected round or bet may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance.

RSVIP reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error, system error or data feed fault. This includes odds that were clearly incorrect at the time of placement.

For sports betting markets, the settlement of bets follows the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or declared void, RSVIP will apply standard sports betting void rules.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per game and per market.
• Bet limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at RSVIP's discretion.
• Winnings from casino games are paid directly to your PKR balance upon game completion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on RSVIP. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent closure:

• Creating more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using someone else's payment method to deposit or withdraw.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches or errors in any game or system feature.
• Using automated software, bots or scripting tools to play casino games or place bets.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, bonuses or betting markets.
• Engaging in money laundering or using RSVIP as a vehicle to process illicit funds.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing RSVIP staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or chargeback deposits after wagering has taken place.
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited.

RSVIP monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are detected, RSVIP may place a temporary hold on the account pending investigation without prior notice.

9. Suspension & Account Closure

RSVIP reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Situations where this may occur include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity or indications of fraud.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, RSVIP may forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with the severity of the violation.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been settled.

10. Limitation of Liability

RSVIP provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted, RSVIP shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds resulting from a player's own error, including misplaced bets or deposits to incorrect accounts.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the use of RSVIP.

Nothing in these Terms limits RSVIP's liability for matters where liability cannot be excluded by law.
